    Based in Ilkley, near Leeds, we operate as individual HR Consultants or come together as a team with skills and experience appropriate to the project in hand.

    Many small and medium-sized organisations cannot realistically afford the cost of a full-time experienced HR Manager. However, that expertise can be available to you - not for an annual salary - but for an hourly or daily rate. A much more cost-effective solution! So when the need is for specialist input (for example, on pay and benefits or Health & Safety) or if you'd prefer those 'dirty jobs' like the notification of redundancies handled by an independent party, we're happy to come in and take the lead or the support role.
