Employment Reports
YES produced Employment Reports (other organisations may call them Occupational Assessments)between 1992 and 2008. During that time, we provided more than 2600 discrete Reports and, of course, numerous Supplementary Reports, Training Action Plans and Loss of Earnings Calculations. Initially, because we were Yorkshire Employment Services Ltd., we were geographically identified, but as our reputation grew and we took on work outside our region of origin, we progressively emphasised the YES and reduced the regional significance of the name.
From April 2008, discontinuing our corporate identity, Alan Elsegood (YES's founder and Managing Consultant) operated the same activities as "A D Elsegood, Employment Consultant". Alan retired in March 2010.
